International Returns
The customer is
responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees
that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The
customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance
for replacements. Return shipping charges are the customers responsibility. All
items returned must be in new and unused condition.
All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem
within the manufacturer’s warranty period Shegolfs, Inc. will do everything
possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.
New
International Customers
Because of increased internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card ownership
for all new orders outside the United States. Before we process any new order
outside the U.S. we must have a copy of the credit card statement with the name
and address of the customer the order is being billed to on file.
